Is it the right time to buy new homes?

There are so many buyers, especially new ones who ask questions “when is the best time to buy a home in Franklin Tennessee Real Estate? Which Days of the Year are they More Likely to Get Low-Ball Offers Accepted? And is it the right time to buy and invest?” Well, It is to answer these questions that I decided to write this article. More answers can be find here http://nashvillerealestateadviser.com/franklin-tn-real-estate/.

You might get surprised, but there are at least three days of the year that give buyers the greatest of all opportunities. It is during the spring and that real estate signs begin to multiply like bunnies in almost every state and this eventually causes buzz in every street as real estate buyers, sellers, and investors go out from their nests to welcome this sales season.

It is during this sale season that the real estate market is busy. Almost everyone wants a deal, every buyer wants to buy and every seller wants to sell. There’s constant phone calls and floods of inventory which means there are lots of opportunities in the market during this season, but this season could also be the worst season to buy a home. So if you want to get the best deal, look out for that one day. There’s only a day of this season that buyers could have the edge.

Now, the second best day for buyers to buy homes is during Easter Sunday. Maybe you are wondering how Easter Sunday became the second best day to buy homes, well, it is because during Easter Sunday that most offers are signed because there’s no or little competition. Just for example, there’s a buyer who is looking for a home during easter. He comes across this home, made an offer, and because he has no other competition because most of the buyers are busy, his offer was immediately signed. So if you want to have the same fortunate fate, go out during an Easter Sunday.

The third best day to buy a new home is Christmas day. Yes, you heard me right. Christmas day is one of the best day to buy a new home, it is because almost no one looks at homes for sale during this day. You should know that it is a very smart decision if you would see that home that you have your eye on because during Christmas, people are usually in good moods. They are enjoying the season and they’re more inclined to be generous. You can just say “hey, it is Christmas today, lower the price and I’ll think of it as a gift” or just “hey, it’s Christmas, just sign it.”
